सोलहवीं राजस्थान विधानसभा का चतुर्थ अधिवेशन सोमवार 01 सितम्बर से

जयपुर, 12 अगस्त। राजस्थान की सोलहवीं विधानसभा का चतुर्थ अधिवेशन सोमवार 01 सितम्बर से शुरू होगा। विधानसभाध्यक्ष वासुदेव देवनानी ने बताया कि राज्य विधानसभा के इस अधिवेशन के संबंध में राज्यपाल हरिभाऊ बागडे ने अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है।इस सत्र के दौरान राज्य के विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण विषयों, विधायी कार्यों एवं जनहित से जुड़े मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जाएगी। साथ ही प्रश्नकाल, ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव, विशेष उल्लेख प्रस्ताव और स्थगन प्रस्ताव जैसे संसदीय कार्य भी संपादित होंगे।
विधानसभाध्यक्ष देवनानी,अधिवेशन से पूर्व विधानसभा में सर्वदलीय बैठक भी बुलायेंगे। देवनानी ने संसद सत्र से की तरह विधानसभा सत्र से पहले सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाये जाने की नई परम्परा शुरू करने की पहल की है। विधानसभा के इतिहास में यह एक महत्वपूर्ण नवाचार है। विधानसभाध्यक्ष देवनानी ने बताया कि सर्वदलीय बैठक के आयोजन से सभी दलों के सदस्यों में सकारात्मक विचारों के साथ पारस्परिक विचार-विमर्श और सामूहिक दायित्व का भाव बढ़ सकेगा।
विधानसभाध्यक्ष देवनानी ने सोलहवीं राजस्थान विधानसभा के चतुर्थ सत्र से संबंधित विभिन्न तैयारियों की समीक्षा की। देवनानी ने विधानसभा के प्रमुख सचिव भारत भूषण शर्मा को सत्र से संबंधित विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं को निर्धारित अवधि में पूर्ण किये जाने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये।

Jaipur, August 12. The fourth session of the sixteenth Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan will begin from Monday 01 September. Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani said that Governor Haribhau Bagde has issued a notification regarding this session of the State Assembly. During this session, various important subjects of the state, legislative work and issues related to public interest will be discussed. Along with this, parliamentary work like question hour, attention motion, special mention motion and adjournment motion will also be done.
Assembly Speaker Devnani will also call an all-party meeting in the Assembly before the session. Devnani has taken the initiative to start a new tradition of calling an all-party meeting before the Assembly session like the Parliament session. This is an important innovation in the history of the Assembly. Assembly Speaker Devnani said that by organizing an all-party meeting, mutual discussions and a sense of collective responsibility will increase among the members of all parties with positive thoughts.
Assembly Speaker Devnani reviewed various preparations related to the fourth session of the sixteenth Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. Devnani gave necessary guidelines to the Principal Secretary of the Assembly Bharat Bhushan Sharma to complete various arrangements related to the session within the stipulated time.
