Nairobi- The Capital of Kenya.

– NK Tripathi

I and Laxmi reached Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. The Republic of Kenya is a country located in Central East Africa with an estimated population of more than 5.24 crore. Kenya’s capital and largest city is Nairobi. Its second-largest and oldest city is harbour city, Mombasa. To better understand its location, Kenya is bordered by South Sudan, Ethiopia to the north, troubled country, Somalia to the east, the Indian Ocean to the southeast, Tanzania to the southwest, and Uganda and lake Victoria in the west.

The remarkable geography of Kenya has brought me here.

Kenya is a country with coastline on the Indian Ocean. It encompasses famous savannah, lakelands, the dramatic Great Rift Valley and mountain highlands. It’s also home to wildlife like lions, elephants and rhinos.

Nairobi is a unique city which has a good National Park. We visited it and saw all types of animals from lions to Impala deer and Acacia tree. It has many modern infra structures, as well as areas of traditional city. We roamed around today in the city and saw their political and administrative buildings, the famous Kenyatta International Convention Centre named after its first president Jomo Kenyatta. It has a tower to give a 360° view of the city.

What a lovely day in jungle and buildings in Nairobi in cool breeze, contrary to the impression that Africa is hot everywhere.
